The food was on point, with a range of flavors and options. When we mentioned a minor issue with one dish, the manager offered us a complimentary dessert and thanked us for our feedback. We left feeling satisfied and impressed with the overall experience.

Pleasant setting, excellent meal, and pleasant personnel. The menu was diverse. It might be a lil expensive for few , but I suppose that's because of Bradford curry houses standards!

Probably one of the best curry houses I've been to! Quick service, I liked the selection of Indian songs that sound ready to just burst the hell out into Knight Rider at any moment. - would definitely visit again.

My husband and I have just finished our amazing takeout of chicken tikka jarjala, lamb dupiaza, garlic rice and peshwari naan. I had been recommended The Jewel in the Crown by a friend although we are an hour away by car. Even with a drive home and reheating, it was hands down the loveliest takeout Indian meal we’ve ever had. The staff were also lovely- offering me a drink while I waited & a comfy sofa to wait on. I will definitely be having another take out from here, and also would love to dine in too. Brilliant!

We loved our meal here. All tasty, well presented and excellent service. We arrived about 7.15pm, 2 people no reservation on a Friday evening. Note they do not sell alcohol but you can bring your own.

Brilliant food and excellent service. Prices are very reasonable too. The best Indian/Bangladesh restaurant in Dumfries and Galloway. Possibly Scotland!

Great place to get delicious Indian food in Dumfries. Tried their garlic naan which was the best, also liked the peshwari naan ( sweet ), the traditional chicken curries, India palm special Biryani was also good . Will definitely come back to this place.

Had dinner here with family on 10/09/22. Atmosphere was nice, food was great (salmon alfredo, peshwari naan, coconut rice), staff were spot on. Very clean, very good.

Great friendly service and relaxing atmosphere. Flavoursome food and quick service. Reasonable price.
