Excellent friendly staff. The local office, with staff that know their customers as real people, and not a computer number, is something lacking with other companies. NFU are providing a service that has been lost in so many places. The staff are extremely helpful.

Just to say thank you to the team at NFU St Albans. Alex, Dawn and Taylor were exceptional and helped me along the way. Would highly recommend them as Dawn was amazing when dealing with the horse insurance and Taylor was honest with home insurance. Kudos to the whole team.

I was really impressed with how quickly the NFU dealt with my damaged laptop claim. From checking for a possible repair to a a brand new replacement only took a week.
