It was my birthday and they had kindly decorated the table with banners/balloons etc. Food was lovely, server was attentive and pleasant. Good menu selection. I even got a birthday candle in my dessert. Can recommend Bella Italia.

Really vibey atmosphere and amazing food and drinks. Our awesome waitress Cara was outstanding and a great host! Kid-friendliness: Really kind and patient.

Wow, great food, amazing service, what more could you ask for! All the staff were super attentive from the moment we walked in. Food was prompt and tasty, I will definitely be visiting again soon.

food was good for happy hour prices. the younger staff were lovely but seemed to be a little stressed. the older lady whom I assume was the senior staff member was terse and perhaps contributing to the younger staff members stress. used to be a lovely intimate restaurant but felt a little exposed and soulless on this visit. could just have been an off night.

Absolutely love this place, staff and chefs and food is fantastic We had a lovely time.

Lovely meal with friends to celebrate my retirement. The food was good, staff friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Been many times and absolutely love it! The pasta and sandwiches have always been superb. Service has been generally great with some amazing members of staff providing a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. A bit expensive but understandable. Would recommend as its miles above any other Italian restaurant in Lancaster.

Absolutely stunning little restaurant, atmosphere was lovely and the servers were lovely. Food was absolutely divine, we had both specials for the starters and the pasta for main was so flavourful. All around lovely experience for a date night.

Forgot to review when we came a few months back, but the food was amazing! The atmosphere is lovely and it’s so nice to find somewhere with pasta made fresh! My pasta was incredible - can’t wait to come back.
