The cafe is amazing now! 2 years ago I had an awful experience here - the waiting staff could not care less and were rude back then. However, now everything has changed - the staff are great, who offer excellent customer service! I had so.e amazing coffees from here and cake. Definitely recommend.

Lovely staff and atmosphere. They do a good english breakfast. Has browns and turkey bacon is very nice. A bit on the pricier side though usually I see prices around £8-£10 but this ones £12. Egg was a bit undercooked but staff dealt with it quickly and changed it for me. Overall recommend would come again

Great breakfast and wonderful food. Your staff Fikri is fantastic who doing excellent job in dealing with customer. His hospitality and friendliness is so awesome. Glad to have him to serve us.. keep up the good work.

This place stands out. It's bright and bold advertising is exceeded by its bright and bold food. Colour and variety is added to everything. The staff know their menu and seem happy to work there. Portion sizes are generous and worth the money. P.s. you can also order the cakes whole for events, or a really good night in! They just need a few days to get it ready for you.

Excellent experience. Very friendly and informative staff. Helped with seating and explained everything about what was on the menu. Ordered a couple of Bert's Burger meals, loaded fries, and a range of hot and cold drinks. Really tasty meals. Food arrived promptly, hot and well presented with a smile. Relaxed atmosphere, great place .Will definitely be back again in the future.

Our first time in a Bob and Bert's and it certainly didn't disappoint. Very quirky interior and relaxed atmosphere inside. Menu had plenty of choice and the dishes were cooked well and presented nicely as well. Staff were attentive and hardworking. Very filling meals and looking forward to visiting our new local branch when next in town.

Hard working, friendly staff who dealt with a constant busy queue efficiently. I ordered a mocha and the manager made it to perfection. I would definitely recommend this café to anyone in the area.

Always busy and great coffee. A brilliant place to spend half an hour between shopping or meetings in town. Friendly and efficient staff too. Just the one shared loo so often a queue, but that seems to be standard these days.

They are dog friendly and I go there nearly daily after taking my dogs for a morning walk. I have made many friends here and if you see two huskies in the window. They are mine.
