The restaurant is a high-ceilinged, simply-styled, dark-wood Italian restaurant that has won numerous awards for their outstanding pasta dishes over 30 years. Their dishes are freshly made using only the finest ingredients at the Barbican Pasta Bar. They have many fresh pasta dishes, stone-baked pizza, and a great selection of grilled char and pan-fried options. All their burgers are homemade with prime minced beef and charcoal-grilled and served in a brioche bun with a side salad and chips. The restaurant is a perfect choice for all ages and occasions, with good food, attentive, friendly service, and a fantastic atmosphere. They provide gluten-free and kids' menus.

2025 Update: Barbican Pasta Bar provides Bike parking, TV, and Good for kids. They also offer a Two Course Lunch Menu with a good selection of starters and mains from only £13.50 served between 12.00pm and 4.00pm.”

Very friendly staff, very welcoming. Make you feel at home. The food was great, like in Italy. We sat upstairs, because downstairs was packed, luckily more people came and it added to the atmosphere. Mediterranean pasta was really good, the sirloin with veggies as well! Best food I’ve had in England in the last two weeks of holiday.

Great restaurant on the Barbican, been coming here for years and always good. Definitely worth booking especially at busy times like the weekend. Mainly Italian food cooked perfectly and good portions. Good wine selection too. Would definitely recommend.

Great restaurant and wonderful staff. Last time I visited was very busy but staff were amazing and quick. The food was delicious and great portion sizes. Amazing place!.

Popped out for tea tonight as had a rare weekend day off, and the food was delicious! We also had a couple cocktails and they were lush! Lowenna was our waitress and she was amazing, she was very attentive and very friendly. She’s a real credit to zizzi! Thoroughly enjoyed and we can’t wait to come back.

Very busy evening but swift service and delicious food. We were served by Lowenna who was absolutely brilliant. Very friendly and funny throughout our visit despite being rushed off her feet all evening.

Wonderful experience in every aspect. Well served by Elsa who took care of us very professionally. Thank you and well done.

Had the pleasure of stumbling across the wildwood whilst on a weekend break in Plymouth, I have nothing but good things to say about mine and my partner’s experience here, staff are so welcoming and cheerful, the coconut sour cocktail is by far one of the best cocktails I’ve ever tried, the food is Beyond delicious and to top it all of the venue is just breathtaking! Thankyou to all the staff working on the 1st of July.

Great food. Great service. Very friendly staff. Really great experience. Staff well trained with the kids.

We visited them yesterday for dinner. What a great experience we ordered some pizzas, seafood pasta, fish cake, some drinks and desert and we had really enjoyed. The customer services was great, food was delicious and generous portions. I would def recommend this place. Great atmosphere located in a chic area.
