Lovely lunchtime food in a perfect location. Good new menu, especially for non meat eaters. and like to reduce your carbs. The waitress was excellent when they bought a seizer salad out with chicken on it. Was very apologetic and took it off the bill. We never asked her to do that, but she felt she wanted to. Very professional and will be returning.

The best service I’ve had in a long time. Beautiful fresh food, highly recommend the linguine! The restaurant itself has lovely decor and plenty to look at. Gorgeous views of the water, can’t wait to go back.

Fabulous location & team. A distressing incident on the beach near the Waterfront was expertly & expediently dealt with by Casey, the new manager. She was awesome in ensuring the appropriate responses & measures were taken - a complete credit to this very special venue.

THE BANK REVIEWS

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The menu was varied and reasonably price. Our meals arrived in good time, there was plenty, it was hot, tasty and well presented. Draught beer was good, coffees delicious and our puddings were to die for. Highly recommend the Guinness brownie…wow.

Went for a day out in Plymouth and called into the bank for something to eat and 9 drink. I have been here before a few years ago and really enjoyed it, I am glad to say it's as good as it was then. Good selection of food and drinks, good atmosphere both inside and outside in the beer garden. We'll worth popping in if you want a nice friendly meal and drink in a city centre pub.

As always, the staff went above and beyond to make my visit an enjoyable one. They are a great staff and nothing is to much trouble for them. The food was of an exceptionally high standard, would go so far as to say it was higher then restaurant standard. There were some challenging customers, that day, but the staff remained professional and calm when dealing with them. I frequent The Bank at least once a week, sometimes more, and I can honestly say that the service, staff, and management are a real credit to the company.

Came here for lunch with my other half. Had salt/pepper squid and crab croquettes for starters and then a small fish and chips. Best fish and chips I’ve ever had!! Great service and felt very welcomed! Will definitely recommend and come here again in the future.

Came in out the heat, nice and cool inside, staff were bice and friendly, I tried the dressed crab and it was amazing first time I have had crab and it was beautiful, highly recommend.

tasty food. great view. we had an amazing server named harvey smith, very friendly, helpful and polite! He was very helpful and answered our questions. He made our experience wonderful and will definitely visit again, and will be recommending to friends and family.
