SAPPORO REVIEWS
I visited this year in June and absolutely loved it. I had gotten the waygu steak and it was the best steak I ever had. The chef had a lot of fun entertaining us by making fire erupt from the grill and do some magic in front of us. Dietary restrictions: One of my party was gluten intolerant so they prepared that meal seprattly in a clean kitchen so no contamination occurred.
Went sapporo on a Saturday night we sat at a table with 3 other couples whilst the chef entertained and cooked our food which was lovely and very generous portions. There was a little mix up with the bill as another couples drinks were added onto our bill but this was quickly rectified. The staff sang happy birthday which was a lovely touch.
The food was so tasty and had a lot of amazing options for all. The chef was really funny and we had a great time over all. Would definitely recommend!

WAGAMAMA REVIEWS
I have never thought about visiting Wagamama until my partner who likes vegan and vegetarian dishes went on a date there. It was pleasant, the service was at our expectations. We were not being harassed at all the time by waiter and waitress trying to make sure everything is okay. I know from experience that some companies kinda treat their staff like if they have no life else than to please customers. I understand also that they have to be helpful but when you come from a background that already experienced this type of situation you know exactly how to behave and make other people life easier too. I will highly recommend to visit this place if you are out in Liverpool One.
Absolutely amazing. The food was to die for, incredible flavours and lovely presentation. Highly recommend the bang bang cauliflower, katsu chicken curry and the katsu banana (trust me it’s amazing!) the cocktails were delicious too. Service was fantastic, really friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend
We was served by Edita and she was absolutely lovely. Very polite and pleasant. She was not pushy in making us feel like we needed to order more and was sharing her favourite dishes and just lovely all round. Absolute pleasure to be around and made the experience great: what a lovely human being. Thank you x

ETSU JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS
What a great surprise that was ! I was looking for a good restaurant but the food was even above my expectations. Several options on the menu, we tried 8-9 dishes, all were excellent ! I'm fond of Japanese food and this is clearly one of my best experiences so far. The waitresses were very kind. We had a pleasant moment and I only regret not living in Liverpool for this would definitely be among my top addresses.
One of the few good Japanese restaurants in the North West. The staff are very welcoming and Etsu offers a varied menu of classic Japanese dishes. The food was freshly prepared. Etsu's location is central Liverpool, so easily accessible and the restaurant provides a nice atmosphere, with a small Japanese shop at the back.
Have been here for several times. I totally agree other comments that this is the best Japanese restaurant in Liverpool ( at least my opinion). Also their service is much better than most restaurants in Liverpool and the service charge is not on the bill but I still give the tips because of the brilliant service. Plum Wine is excellent if you like fruity drinks .
