“Etsu Japanese Restaurant is a spotlit, light wood contemporary dining room for speciality Japanese meat and fish dishes. The building also has an authentic feel and is classy, comfortable, and without pretension. Their varied menu offers raw and cooked seafood and excellent vegetarian options. They have a good selection of drinks, which are imported and rarely sold in shops in Liverpool. Etsu Japanese Restaurant can accommodate up to twenty people sitting at the same table. They will also consider hiring the entire restaurant for your group, subject to minimum spending and hire fees. They acquired two highly trained chefs from Japan and brought them to Liverpool as Head/Sushi Chef and Kitchen Chef at Etsu. They have a television, a full bar, and a parking facility.

2025 Update: Outdoor seating and High chair options are available at the restaurant.”

SAPPORO TEPPANYAKI LIVERPOOL REVIEWS

Went sapporo on a Saturday night we sat at a table with 3 other couples whilst the chef entertained and cooked our food which was lovely and very generous portions. There was a little mix up with the bill as another couples drinks were added onto our bill but this was quickly rectified. The staff sang happy birthday which was a lovely touch.

Wonderful restaurant, amazing experience with professional and efficient wait staff, reasonable prices, and a truly delicious menu. And that's not to mention the fantastic and skillful performance! An absolute must for any special occasion.

We go to Sapporo every month and the service is always very good!! Food is unbelievable each time and the staff are amazing with our little girl.

WAGAMAMA LIVERPOOL ONE REVIEWS

The man and woman who served us were great and the food and drinks came pretty quickly, the ramen was lovely I just don't think I'm that much of a fan of the brisket but it was still quite nice. The peach iced tea was also very good so I recommend getting that.

Absolutely amazing. The food was to die for, incredible flavours and lovely presentation. Highly recommend the bang bang cauliflower, katsu chicken curry and the katsu banana (trust me it’s amazing!) the cocktails were delicious too. Service was fantastic, really friendly and helpful staff.

If you could handle the spicy food try the prawn firecracker, it’s simply mind blowing and addictive at the same time.

Everyone must visit Etsu!!! The whole experience from the food to the service was flawless. I had the eel donburi and the chefs nigiri selection, it was the best food I have had in a long time. Etsu is the perfect place for all occasions from family meals to romantic meals. I can not recommend this place enough!

Came here on a Friday night as a party of 12, and the restaurant was very accommodating to us, especially as we ended up running late. The food and service were great. Happy to come back here again.

We had dinner here. Food was amazing and authentic, service was great. The lady who seems to be the manager was very attentive and nice though it was very hectic for her working behind the bar. I had apple gyoza for dessert. OH MY GOD! It was soooo good with very good balance of favours. Yuzu sorbet was very refreshing.
