Phoned Tim first thing this morning, he visited at 1.00pm and our patio door locking mechanism was fixed by 2.00pm. He also very kindly adjusted the patio door hinges to reduce strain on the locks and handles. Tim was very professional, polite and worked quietly until the job was completed. The price he charged was very competitive with other locksmith companies. It was good to be able to support a local business too. A great job. Thank you.

Tim was great. Arrived on time, got on with changing two locks quickly and also helped with an incorrectly installed door handle. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

What an amazing service! I got in touch on behalf of my grandad & bugsy came straight out to have a look at the problem & then came back out to fix the lock within the hour. My grandad is very happy & a stress has been taken off his shoulders. Bugsy made sure he explained everything & was very reasonably priced. If ever needed we will be definitely be coming back to keywise.

Bugsy came out today to look at a temperamental lock that we've put off using and getting fixed for years. He gave us a very reasonable quote, and within half an hour had replaced the faulty and unsecure locking system, and also adjusted another door that has been causing us concern. He was efficient, friendly and tidied up superbly after himself. Would definitely recommend and will be giving him a call in the future for any other work we need doing.

We got in touch with Eddie to repair two locks in the new house we had just bought. He got back to us really quickly and got to see us in a matter of days. Very friendly, efficient and fairly priced. Would highly recommend!

Eddie is a top bloke! Locked out of our house with our 4 month old baby, he arrived within 10 minutes of me calling him... hey presto back in the warm and out of the rain in no time at all. Fantastic service and reasonably priced!

Thoroughly recommend. Came out today to fix my front door when the lock got stuck and it wouldn't open. I didn't know of any locksmiths and had to take a chance with a google search relying on the reviews given by others. Completely concur with all of the 5* reviews of this business. My lock has been replaced and my door realigned - now recall this is how smooth opening and shutting it was when the door was first fitted seven years ago !! Great service, job well done and added to that a really nice friendly chap. If you need a locksmith this is a good choice.
