My car had coolant leakage, and I showed at multiple garages in and near Southampton. No one could determine the root cause and were giving vague reasons with exorbitant expense. When I visited Shirley Garage, they said we will determine the leakage using some pressure technique and accordingly will advise for required repair work. They were very helpful especially Terry, and they fixed the problem very quickly with a much much lower expense than the other garages had quoted. I would recommend others to take your car to Shirley Garage for any issues or service requirements, and can relax as your car is in safe and professional hands.

I can't really believe this just happened. I've had an intermittent problem with my Nissan QASHQAI, with no definitive answer as to whether or not there is a fault. Shirley Garage Services, who don't know me spent whatever time they needed, at least an hour looking for a fault......there wasn't one with the diagnostics showing no fault codes. I collected the car expecting to pay somewhere in the region of £150/200 and was astonished at being told there was no charge. I thought he was kidding, but no, he said, as they didn't find a fault he wouldn't charge me. An hour later, I still can't get over it. Just amazing, still can't believe it. I almost hope the car does go wrong so they can recoup some of their lost time.

I had a great exp in the Garage today, they checked the issue and sorted it out hopefully. Totally amazing service from the garage. Thanks Ian.

Brilliant service honest no messing about pricing Gary knows his craft and he has never let me down my car is 22yrs old Mike is helpful and both easy to talk to I’m a bit of a crumblie (old) so I sit and wait for work to be done and never felt awkward in the company of the mechanic’s.

Elite Garages best place to look after my TT. They've done the MOT changed all tyres and brake pads with sensors very fast and professional highly recommend this place to everyone you won't be disappointed such a great garage and good welcoming mechanics looking after with care even to small details I'm well chuffed .

My car overheated today and I managed to drive to this garage. The mechanics were so helpful and despite being busy took the time to look at my car and give me a detailed report of the fault. Sadly my car was unable to be driven home and they were happy to keep it in the garage overnight so I could make the necessary arrangements. They did this all free of charge! I am so grateful for the service they provided. As my car in under warranty I am awaiting if the work needs to be done at the original garage. If not I would not hesitate to get the work completed here!.
