NETLEY COURT CARE HOME REVIEWS

I recently visited Netley Court and was very impressed. We were greeted on arrival and every member of staff was friendly and helpful, the other residents said hello and the facilities were excellent. Moving my mum into a care home has been a worrying time but seeing Netley Court really put us at ease. It’s a lovely place and we were welcomed as if we were already part of the family. Thank you to the team for being so supportive. I recommend you to everyone who asks after Mum now.

Wonderful care home with garden overlooking Southampton Water. The staff are so caring and attentive and there's plenty of daily entertainment. There is also excellent food from the in-house chefs.

Very warm welcome and tour by Sarah into Netley Court. Introduced to some lovely staff and residents. I had a great start to my career with Cinnamon.

AVON PARK RESIDENTIAL HOME REVIEWS

We were confident after our first visit to Avon Park that Dad would be happy there. We were greeted and shown around by Mitch and Amy who were very welcoming and put Dad at ease immediately. The owner and all of the staff are very friendly and caring. Dad always has a smile on his face and is happy with his new life and full of praise for the staff. We were promised that they would do everything possible to ensure Dad was happy in his new home and I’m pleased to say they’ve done just that. The property is well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. 10/10.

Over the past 15 years, several of my friends have moved to Avon Park and each time I was pleased that they chose your care home, as I knew they would be happy there. Each friend settled in straightaway and were well-cared for by your kind and cheerful staff. It has always been a pleasure to visit your warm and welcoming home.

The home is bright and airy with committed, caring and friendly staff. The rooms are well furnished and clean.overall a great place to spend your days.

GROVE PLACE REVIEWS

Grove Place is an excellent place to live. My husband and I moved here 10 months ago following my husband’s strokes and it was the best thing we could have done. All the staff are helpful, friendly and respectful, the grounds and facilities are amazing so beautiful and peaceful and full of wildlife. There is always things going on if that’s what you want but equally it is fine if you’d rather just stay private and in your own apartment, it’s entirely your choice there is as much or as little help as you choose and I can’t recommend it enough.

EMA Patient Transport were at this outstanding place, where we transferred an incoming resident from another care home using our care and nursing home transport services. This place is set in wonderful grounds and with absolutely amazing architecture! Superb facilities and excellent staff, what more could you ask for.

I moved to Grove Place nearly two years ago after visiting friends who already lived here. I knew I could be happy here and have not been disappointed. Everyone is friendly and the staff are so kind and helpful. With extensive grounds to enjoy and plenty of activities, should one wish to make use of them, it's a great way to enjoy retirement. Grove Place is easily a five star retirement village!
