Better printing is a lifesaver! After the bellybands we ordered for our company's notebooks didn't fit, they rushed a new order for us and allowed us to arrange for express shipping (as their courier didn't offer this service). After sending what we thought to be the new design file, they notified us that we had accidentally sent the same design file. They went ahead and adjusted the design file on our behalf - as there was a tight deadline to meet. Forever grateful for the customer service at Better Printing.
