After loosing my brother so young. We as a family were so heartbroken. His death was so unfair. We felt lost. We spoke as a family and decided to choose Waters & Sons to care for our Dave. The day we walked in the shop in merryoak. We knew we made the right choice. We were greeted by Simon and told his son David would look after us. David was just fantastic. Every thing he did for the funeral and the care was just no trouble what so ever. We wanted a Man United theme as our Dave wanted that. David had order us the perfect red coffin and had a local lady to hand paint the Man United badge on top of his coffin. David always made sure we were always ok and the day off the funeral, I was driving my brothers car behind the hurst. I felt shakey and so overwhelmed by it all. David made sure I was ok at all times. I can’t thank you enough. The words I would use for this funeral directors is loving, kind, welcoming and it never felt cold. We were all made to feel comfortable. David even stayed with me in the chapel when I went to see our Dave on my own. Thank you so much for looking after my brother.
