The food was amazing, really nice decorations, but the waitress made our day! Late lunch at Pieno-Lleno was the high point of our visit to Southend-on-sea, and mind you - they have the longest leasure pier in the World there! Kid-friendliness: When our waitress noticed we are taking photos with the decorations she brought us all colorful sombreros to wear for the picures. Staff was extremly friendly, brought our daughter crayons and were engaging her in conversations. Food from the children menu was also well reviewed by our 6 year old.

Went there for birthday meal. The waiter was very kind and attentive to us. The food was a blast satisfying an American Caribbean and Nigerian palate. The spices were on point. I had a lovely cheesecake ice cream dessert complimentary and the ambiance and decor was to die for. Very close to the high street though a bit hidden. My son did his homework and what a gem this place is?

Amazing Mexican restaurant. Mentioned that we were gluten free and got given a separate menu to ensure we know what was available. The food was out of this world, the drinks were gorgeous and the bill was really reasonable! Dietary restrictions: Phenomenal gluten free menu.

Myself and my family have just eaten here today, what a beautiful gem we have so local, from the owner, a passionate, friendly and helpful guy who really wants you to try and experience the very best dishes they have to offer. The food is impeccable and delicious, every single dish explored so many flavours and ingredients that satisfied every persons tastebuds. I can highly highly recommend to try this restaurant, there are so many options to choose from and explore, reasonably priced but the food is to die for. Will be eating here again and again!

The food was honestly beautiful! It was all authentic mexicain food & drinks that just tasted brilliant! The owner recommended their Pork Belly Bits as those were their best sellers.… glad we got them, they were amazing!! The owner provided a very friendly and personal service; taking time to chat to us and explaining the menu! The only thing wrong with this place is the fact it should be busier!! Honestly 5 out of 5 !!!

The restaurant was surrounded by Mexican music which brought us to the atmosphere. The cuisine there was amazing! We had Nacos dipped with sauce and tacos with pork and chicken were great! Professional service by Mr. Waiter made us the wonderful experience! And we would definitely recommend to our friends!

PLAN BURRITO SOUTHEND REVIEWS

Stumbled upon this fabulous place whilst looking for a tasty takeaway on Southend High Street (not an easy task!). I ordered a small beef brisket burrito which was just the right size, tasty and with fresh ingredients. It was completely customizable as well. I decided to eat in as it was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and attentive - I'm already planning my next visit! Vegetarian options: A good selection of veggie options.

Everything was just lovely! The 2 chaps preparing the food were brilliant and friendly, the food was prepared with actual care, and to top of that, it tasted just perfect. I am a big guy, but the medium burrito menu was more than enough. Would definitely recommend, we need more Mexican places like this!

I can not fault the experience I had at Plan Burrito. The staff were very welcoming and happy to help. Very special thanks to Stephen; the amount of care and precision he went into my order and overall experience was exceptional. Will definitely be coming back !
