I’ve been receiving treatment from Ben at Swansea Pain Relief for my knee, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and expertise I’ve experienced. Ben has been incredibly thorough in assessing my injury and creating a personalised rehab plan tailored to my goals. His approach is professional, encouraging, and focused on helping me return to my sport as soon as possible, safely and effectively. The rehab exercises are well-suited to my needs, and I’ve already noticed significant progress. Ben’s dedication and knowledge have given me so much confidence in my recovery journey. I highly recommend Swansea Pain Relief and Ben for anyone seeking the best quality treatment and care with targeted rehabilitation!

This is an excellent practice which already is showing results, Ben has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the human anatomy and where all my aches and pains come from. Very professional and super friendly, but the only downside is that he is a Watford fan.
