I honestly could not recommend Lindi enough. I have been in constant shoulder discomfort for well over a year now, most likely due to sitting at a computer for eight hours a day! I have been mixing my treatments up, combining different massages with ultrasound on my chronic knots. For the first time in what seems like an eternity, I can finally feel my shoulder getting better. Lindi has even given me very helpful stretches and exercises to do, to help with my recovery. She is very friendly, makes you feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. Lindi is very dedicated in her work, both in massage and fitness, and I only wish I had known about her some eighteen months ago – can’t wait for my next session! Thank you x

I had a bad fall and injured the soft tissue in base of my back. I was in extreme pain whether I was sitting down, trying to walk or sleep. I had been recommended to book in for treatment with Lindi. She explained what treatment she was going to try to help relieve the pain. I found her to be very reassuring throughout the treatment and felt totally relaxed. She explained that I would probably feel very sore for a day or two but my pain did ease considerably. I have just had my second treatment and feel so much better. I would thoroughly recommend her, she is brilliant!

Where to start …… Lindi is a fantastic therapist, but more importantly a very kind and genuine person who will do her utmost to help you if she could. I could think of a hundred reasons you should book ,you just need to find one and take the leap of faith. I’ve enjoyed the hot bamboo, reflexology and the sports massage, but the icing on the cake if you have an injury or localised pain is her expertise with the ultrasound machine . Look out for her fantastic monthly offers and get booking …. You won’t regret it !!!

I went to Aideen with a back injury and she has been amazing! After just 4 sessions I’m already feeling so much better. Not only does she work her magic during treatment, but she also gives really helpful advice on strengthening exercises to support full recovery. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a professional, knowledgeable and caring massage/sports therapist.

Had a problematic shoulder for many years, tried other sports massages and was told that only surgery would solve it. Gave Aideen at Cascades a try, she instantly pinpointed what the problem was, 2 sessions later, zero problems! Have continued having treatments ever since and feel fighting fit! Highly recommended.

Nicola is an amazing therapist, I’ve been going to her for a few years now. I usually have a massage which is fantastic. But recently she has been helping me through a tough time with reflexology and other techniques that help with anxiety. I always feel amazing after the treatment, the whole experience is so calm and relaxing and Nicola is so lovely. Highly recommend Bellwood Therapies.
