Extremely helpful staff Had any eye emergency and was managed textbook , even tried to call my previous optician for continuity of care Optometrist was very thorough in examining and highly professional Don’t have words to thank them enough or show my gratitude.

10/10 flawless customer service! One of my glasses arms and corner was bent by my boyfriends rolling onto them. I went to Vision Express and I told them the problem and the staff were able to sort it out under 5 minutes. Ella was especially helpful and saved the day! I will definitely now only buy my glasses from here.

Always happy with service here; staff are friendly and polite, and the Opthamologists couldn't take better care of me. They don't just do the essentials, they check out every concern or question. I would recommend to anyone.

The Specsavers branch on Kingsway stands out as the epitome of professionalism. Despite being a bustling store, they have a highly efficient system in place that ensures smooth operations. The staff members are commendable, and the management and directors deserve recognition for fostering an environment of excellent leadership. This positive management style is clearly reflected in the high-quality service they provide. I wholeheartedly endorse this store. This branch should serve as the benchmark for all other branches.

I went in for a routine 2 year eye test, to check whether I needed a new prescription. I didn't, but I paid the extra £10 to get a more in-depth test. It was well worth it. The retina scan showed that I might be developing early stages of macular disease, which my mother had. The optician explained that it may not develop any further, and gave me information on some supplements I can take which can slow or prevent it from developing. She also advised me to wear sunglasses in bright sun, which I haven't been doing. I'd prefer to be fore-warned so I can do what I can to stop it.

Had my eyes tested with a voucher from work due to having trouble seeing my screen. Specsavers were quick with my appointment, very friendly staff and my glasses, gurl I'm in love! Even offered to fit them to size, been recommending to my mum since.

We got to know Norma Davies Opticians when they had a branch in Cowbridge, where we live. Sadly, that branch closed, but my wife and I are so comfortable with the friendly, careful and thoroughly professional service we receive from all of the team that we now travel happily to and from Morriston for their care! I recently picked up two pairs of glasses from Norma Davies Opticians.Really pleased with them and the customer service.I had to call in to have one of the pairs re-adjusted, which was carried out there and then.Fantastic service as usual,always helpful and very professional.

Have been going to Norma Davies for many years, the service from all staff is second to none: always approachable and friendly. The range of frames is always changing and the recent ones give you plenty options on colour and styles. I loved my so much I had a second pair in a different colour. I won’t be going anywhere else.
