Unfortunately I had to have my dog Mazzie put sleep on the 16th August 2024. I can’t thank the vet & nurse that helped me enough at this heartbreaking time. My girl was treated with kindness & care & I was with her every step of the way. She slipped away so peacefully, for which I am so grateful. It was an out of hours appointment but they were ready for us when we arrived. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you

The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The vets were patient, kind and gentle. Paisley is a little nervous and they were just amazing. I wanted to ask a few questions and I didn’t feel like my appointment was rushed and they help me with my decision to neuter her. She was also very gentle giving Paisley her needle, she may be a bulldog but she’s a complete baby and didn’t bat an eyelid. Thank you

I have visited the practice multiple times over the years, from annual checks for my cat to making the decision to have him put to sleep. The staff are always friendly, empathetic and kind which makes such a difference.

Needed an emergency appointment for my dog while driving past Swansea on the motorway. They were fantastic, very caring, very informative, very friendly and recommended some new medications I hadn't heard of for my dogs health issues. They charged a fair price for a non-member emergency (ironically cheaper than an emergency appointment at my registered vets at home). Would highly recommend and would use regularly if I lived in the area!.

Very good with my dog and they have always been caring when we went, she was recently spayed in which went very well, she has a neat small scar and they were happy with her recovery and check up appointments. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Only issue is they send the reminder texts for the dog flea treatment on a Sunday and the phone lines are closed so would be good for a voice mail or email to reorder them.

Fantastic veterinary practice especially Paula she is wonderful and really cared for my dog Josie, I’m not going into the full details as I find it to upsetting, the staff are fantastic too, I am so glad I chose Vets4Pets Swansea they really care. Thank you very much.

Fantastic. Appointments are always fast, staff are always friendly and they have solved all my dogs problems without issues. Brilliant with my bulldog who can be difficult, Also nice to my old staffy who is very vocal and can't sit still quietly - and helped my Chihuahua the same day - immediately- when she had an issue. Was also very accomadating when we sadly had to have our Lab put to sleep last year. Recommend 100%.

Fantastic vets. Have been back and fourth quite a bit recently due to my boxer Lexi's corneal ulcer that wouldn't heal. Ana is amazing, definitely highly recommended. Reception staff brilliant both at the desk and on the end of the phone. The practice is always busy, so a good sign in my opinion.

Highly recommend. Always can get appointments when needed. Receptionists and vets are all very friendly and nothing is ever too much to ask.
