Had an appointment at very short notice for my dad who had seen a few different people but nothing was done. We seen Gemma and she was very friendly and took the time to listen to my dad and helped reassure my dad there was treatment available, all the staff were very friendly, thank you.

Had treatment this morning for a ingrown toenail sorry but can’t remember the name of the lady who treated me but a big thank you, I would with out doubt recommend this clinic to anyone with a foot problem, once again thank you very much.

Very happy to go back to the clinic and see Sian again Really hope the treatment works as hate just having this verucca So fingers crossed And thank you to Sian and the lovely receptionist.

I have been a patient with Nia for serval years. I cannot rate her and the team highly enough from booking to treatment. Always on hand to answer questions. Nia is a credit to her profession and her passion for treatment and customer centric approach is word class. I would highly recommend the services Nia and team. Offer.

I heard plenty of good reviews for this place after I booked an appointment with sore feet. The pharmacy next door even spoke very highly of them. I visited today with dry feet and sores from years of running. After a 30 min session I feel like I have a new set of feet. The staff are incredibly helpful. I recommend massively.

The team at Footsteps have been wonderful to me. I initially emailed them in a last-ditch attempt to find someone who would treat my damaged big toe nail. I will always remain grateful to these special people. - GR

Couldn’t have found a more welcoming, friendly professional podiatrist, listened and advised me all whilst being informative with a visual representation of a foot. Also more than helpful outside of work hours when I had an issue with an outside service, which they offered a solution to can’t recommend highly enough.

Must say from the receptionist Mandy who was so professional and Helpful to Cerys who was so knowledgeable as a podiatrist I must recommend that if you need any help with your feet call.

Knowledgeable, professional and personable staff that provide excellent treatment and customer service. Highly recommended. .

Swansea Podiatry is brilliant. I got an appointment at very short notice to have partial nail removal on both big toes due to recurring Ingrowing nails. Paul was great, he anesthetised both big toes and when they were numb, he quickly removed the offending bits of nail. Very pleasant to talk to while he worked but at the same time he kept full concentration and professional attention. In the event of any other problems with my feet in the future I will definitely go back to Swansea Podiatry. Certainly recommend them. Thanks to Paul, Chris & Pam. - JH Reply
