BUTE PARK REVIEWS
Very busy at the weekends but still one of the best parks in Cardiff. Very pretty, lovely cafés, lots of benches to sit down and relax, a few areas for kids to play. Always something interesting happens here! Short walk from the city centre. Water taxi with easy access to Cardiff Bay operates daily.
A beautiful park to explore right in the heart of the city. A couple of lovely coffee shops with limited seating indoors but plenty outdoors on dry days. Paths to follow all level ground & good for cycling too. WC's can be found in one of the coffee shops.
We visited Bute Park on a quick road trip to Cardiff. It’s now in my top 3 favorite parks. Massive trees, beautiful gardens, and you can rent bikes. It’s absolutely beautiful.

ROATH PARK REVIEWS
Absolutely stunning park, with a large lake full of ducks, Swans, geese and a lighthouse. Fabulous park for children, lovely responsibly priced cafe for a bite to eat. Ice cream hut and plenty of clean well maintained toilets throughout the park. Added extra was the green house full of tropical plants koi carp and turtles we had a lovely walk through the park and gardens definitely will return. Plenty of parking on the road outside.
A lovely area of green within the busy city. A large lake and lots of greenery to walk around. If you are planning to walk around all of it, it is intersected with some roads, but each section is fenced of carefully, so there's no chance of little ones running out into the road inadvertently. There are 2 play parks within the park, both boast a huge slide and lots of equipment.
Lovely park along with a huge lake. A good place for family activity or spending alone time. Also you can go for fishing on the lake.

VICTORIA PARK REVIEWS
Great in the summer if you have children. The free water park and the very good playground are more than enough to keep the young ones entertained for a few hours. There's also a fantastic cafe in the park as well as others dotted around the outskirts. There's a chippy in the park too as well as a place to get ice cream etc.
Absolutely beautiful place and even though the weather was amazing, it didn't feel too busy. There are lovely quiet areas. There are also the toilets, the takeaway, and there's cafe where the old toilet block used to be. The splash area is fantastic. The kids love it.
Gorgeous well kept park, with a fab play area and splash zone for the kids. Lots of benches in the sun and shade. A cute coffee shop and a kiosk available. I didn't use the toilets but there were some. Really enjoyed wasting a couple of hours here.
