I recently had a misunderstanding at Lazarou Salon, but Andreas, the owner, was eager to rectify the situation and reached out to me personally. He was extremely apologetic and empathetic, genuinely wanting to resolve the issue to the best of his abilities. Andreas arranged for me to have an appointment with the lovely Sophia, even accommodating my schedule changes twice. Sophia was incredibly attentive and truly embodied the qualities I was hopeful for. She made me look glamorous while ensuring I was comfortable, focusing on my wants and needs throughout the appointment. I am honestly so grateful for this experience and would 100% visit again.

My first time dying my hair, I have Indian hair so didn’t want to bleach it straight away. I had a high lift tint as a balayage, cut wash and blow dry by Mollie who was absolutely amazing she did a great job I love my hair so much! Before having my hair done I went to the salon to have a strand test, girls at the salon were super helpful and explained everything to me to help me feel comfortable with making my decision to have my hair done. Thankyou so much girls I will definitely be coming back.

This is the only place in Cardiff I trust and like to go. I had Viktorija and she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed, I do get very nervous with people doing my hair but I felt she listened to what I wanted really well. She advised me well on the colour as I was unsure. I would 100% recommend Viktorija and the salon in general!

Was in town for work when I passed by this salon. Walked in to see if they had available appointments and they said they could fit me in an hour later. They only take cash or bank transfer. My stylist was professional and did a great job at following the vision I had for my haircut. She did a fantastic job styling as well. Staff here are friendly and helpful.

This salon is good. I had my haircut styled the way I liked. Rebecca served me very well she is very friendly and makes good conversation. I asked what style would suit me and she helped me out as I wanted a short style done. I recommend getting your hair done by Rebecca.

Had my long straight hair trimmed today by sharareh ...she cut it first with clippers ..washed and dried it then checked it all ...did exactly what I asked her to... Great attention to detail..didn't rush ...amazing job well done....lovely lady too ..would def book with her next time ...well worth every penny ...thanks Sharareh ...

Such a lovely, friendly salon. Lily is absolutely amazing at what she does and I am so happy with my cut and colour! I went from my natural virgin hair, a dark blonde, to a much lighter baby blonde colour (pictured) which was exactly what I asked for. My hair still feels really soft and healthy as I was given great advice on how to care for and style it. I highly recommend Slunks and will definitely be back soon!

I had an amazing experience at Slunks! I will never go to another salon. Lilly did my balayage and I am so pleased! Thank you all at Slunks!
