A perfectly faultless experience! We booked airport transfers and the communication was excellent. Our drivers were both prompt, polite and friendly, and helped with our luggage. Everything was made easy for us! Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend to others.

Great service. I had booked the taxi beforehand from India on the date of my arrival in the UK. There was no delay in getting the taxi. The driver was polite and he extended help in picking up the luggage. Thanks for their prompt service.

Our driver was very friendly and took us from Heathrow Airport to our hotel in Southampton in a nice clean and comfortable vehicle. Taxi2Cardiff provided us with all the details we needed for our ride and responded very quickly to any questions I had. We were happy with the service they provided.

The car turned up pretty quickly . Driver was really great, picked up on whether I wanted to talk or not. Lovely comfortable car and very clean too.

I booked with Tri star executive months before I went abroad to pick us up from Bristol airport to take us back home to Cardiff. The level of professionalism and kind heartedness was next level. I am very glad I went with this company , they gave me a email a few days before our flight home to give driver details and car reg along with there number to message on WhatsApp, from there the driver even went above and beyond and guided me out of Bristol airport through text as it was all new to me , he then greeted us just outside drop off and put our luggage in the car and provided us with drinks for our drive home , it was such a relaxing ride home after such a long journey , I will be for sure booking with Tri star again for future references , thank you to everyone

Stress free experience start to finish Ramesh is a ‘Lucky charm’…..clear run to and from Cardiff & Caerphilly to Bristol Airport both ways in rush hour quicker than i’ve ever done it. The Mercedes Sprinter we travelled in was immaculate and super comfortable. Communication with Tri Star was easy and reassuring and overall full value for the money. 1st time using Tri-Star but not the last.

We recently used Tri Star Executive Travel for our journey home from Heathrow after a 14 hour flight. Our driver Justine was so lovely and got us to our VERY comfortable car fast and easy, and then we were off and home in no time. Will 100% be using again and highly recommend. It made the last leg of our journey home an absolute pleasure.
