Wow! What a professional service. We moved into a new place and the previous owners had cats. My daughter had been bitten by fleas. So we contacted Falcon environmental services and although they had a full diary, they extended their day and came at 7:30am so we didn’t have to wait too long. Matthew turned up when he said he would, he went through everything with us, was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Falcon environmental services and will definitely use them again.

Tony was amazing. He came on time and was very patient with us and explained the process. I hate wasps or anything with more than 2 legs so to have Tony show his patients and understanding was perfect for us.The fee he charges is the cheapest around. He's definitely my new friend if I need anything else removed and would recommend him to anyone who needs this. If you are in need don't go anywhere else. I won't be. Thanks Tony

Absolutely fantastic service from Tony. Came out to deal with a wasp nest issue in a really difficult location. Tony dealt with the issue quickly and effectively removing the wasp problem and enabling us to continue with work. Really great service and highly recommended!!!!

Excellent service. I had two wasp nests in my garden. I rang them at 9 and they were at my house by 11. Quickly dealt with the wasp nests and at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Steve was brilliant today, my Husband called him at 09:00 this morning and he was at our property by 11:00 and completed the job on the day. Very professional, thorough, communicated what he was doing and gave advice before leaving. Very reasonably priced as well. He has lifted a huge weight off our shoulders today.. I would highly recommend.

Steve was brilliant at helping us remove our rodents, he helped give us some future advice and was generally very helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. Will be using again in future if we have anymore. Would highly recommend!

Steve came to my home address to deal with a wasps nest in my loft. He dealt with the problem quickly and effectively and without any fuss. Would highly recommend his services.
