The National Marine Aquarium (NMA) is the largest aquarium in the UK. The NMA tells the story of the Ocean through a journey around the world, building emotional connections to the Ocean. Dartmoor Zoological Park boasts a wonderful 33 acres of woodland, celebrating a wide range of exotic and native animals, including the biggest variety of big cats in the South West of England. A unique zoo set in 33 acres of beautiful parkland 20 mins from Plymouth. Also, have a fantastic collection which includes an impressive selection of big cats, bear, wolves, meerkats, tapir, and much more. British Sign Language tours and close encounter sessions available. They can cater up to 200 people, including weddings, for all kinds of events. Free admission for kids under 3 & a carer for disabled guest. Dedicated and friendly disabled parking available.

The Devonport Naval Heritage Visitor Center highlights the development of the Dockyard and Plymouth's key role in supporting the Royal Navy through major conflicts since 1300, including two World Wars. Explore eight galleries of artefacts displayed in the historic South Yard's adjacent buildings. Take a guided tour of the nuclear submarine HMS Brave to gain a fascinating view of the World. Dockyard tours take visitors to 15 stores, ship-building slips, and other 18th and 19th-century buildings. Tours are available for team-building events and public enjoyment.
