We have been to the aquarium many times and enjoy the experience every time we go. The VIP tour is worth every penny. Emily (our host) was very informed enthusiastic and happy. The whole tour is behind the scenes. Getting a sneak peak at what keep the aquarium ticking behind closed doors. I would recommend to anyone. It is worth mentioning that a admission to the aquarium gives you a free 12 month pass to come back and visit again as many times as you like. Making it exceptional value for money.

This is a small zoo but it is lovely. I visit a lot of zoos and I love the little ones because they feel more personal. The enclosures are of a good size and are kept wild and natural which I liked. A good selection of animals especially the big cats which are my favourite. I also really loved the animal fact boards which gave information about the animals ie. Name, place of birth and personality. A very nice touch. The talks were good and staff were very friendly. Will definately come back.

Would highly recommend a visit to HMS Courageous. I was enthralled, and greatly entertained by the conducted tour from ex submariner Mark. He brought the past back to life and never failed to answer the many questions fired at him! What grand job these volunteers have done in returning this vessel back to original condition with recovered equipment and furnishings. They are to be warmly congratulated. Booking the visit, by telephone, was courteously handled and so easy.
