Had some issues with the hotel i was staying in paris and had to move to a different one. I have to say that i was sceptical at the beginning how things will end up but Hays did what they did and made my holiday great. I am more then happy with Hays and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Hays.

My nan visited hays today to exchange for euros and was served by a gentleman called Ben. She has just phoned me and will not stop talking about how helpful and friendly he was. So, thank you to Ben for helping my nan out today.

5 stars as Service is brilliant and also the staff, Katie was excellent, very helpful, understanding and have alot of patience. Katie dealt and solved my problems very well and quickly, Katie is very good at her job. I am very happy. Thank you.

To begin with me and my Mrs wanted a nice holiday and had no idea on what to go about doing it. We booked through TUI and had an appointment with Mallory. Her customer service skills are excellent she is very helpful and full of knowledge to help make your holiday perfect. She made our first holiday an amazing one!! We have recently been back into TUI and requested an appointment with Mallory to book our next holiday/honeymoon. Which is happening. And after that holiday we will be going to rebook with Mallory again. Keep up the excellent work Mallory.

My wife and I visited TUI unexpectedly on a busy Saturday morning to try to change our holiday dates. We were called over by TUI employee Hannah. Well what can I say after that. Hannah was unbelievably thorough, pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond for the both of us. Every company needs people like Hannah who sorted our Egyptian holiday and made our experience with TUI perfect. Thank you so much. See you again soon.

Thanks to Courtney, again, amazing service as always. Our work trip trip to New York was made easier with the tips from Courtney, ESTA, New York Pass app etc. Just booked another short trip to France, always helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble – Courtney even sorted my travel insurance. Highly recommended.
