To begin with me and my Mrs wanted a nice holiday and had no idea on what to go about doing it. We booked through TUI and had an appointment with Mallory. Her customer service skills are excellent she is very helpful and full of knowledge to help make your holiday perfect. She made our first holiday an amazing one!! We have recently been back into TUI and requested an appointment with Mallory to book our next holiday/honeymoon. Which is happening. And after that holiday we will be going to rebook with Mallory again. Keep up the excellent work Mallory.

Our work trip trip to New York was made easier with the tips from Courtney, ESTA, New York Pass app etc. Just booked another short trip to France, always helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble – Courtney even sorted my travel insurance.
