Good facilities including hair dryers and straighteners in the ladies bathroom/changing rooms. You're given a robe and towel so no need to bring your own. You're assigned a locker (there's no need to bring a coin or padlock). The treatment (Naturally Gaia facial) was amazing, Jasmin was lovely, professional and put me at ease. The afternoon tea was tasty. A little busier than expected in the communal areas, but it was a bank holiday to be fair!

Amazing spa, staff are very accommodating. The spa facilities themselves are excellent. We loved the huge hot tub with the ability to swim outside, the area is very clean and the refreshments in the relaxation room were lovely. The changing rooms were equipped with all the special extras which were a lovely touch.

Excellent treatments, Lovely pool, hydro pool and various steam rooms. Lovely spatisserie for afternoon tea or lunch. Gorgeous outside area to sit in the sun or bathe in the hot tubs. No kids allowed which is great.

100% recommend, amazing service with such a fantastic fun and friendly atmosphere. They're respectable, patient and kind which you don't always see in beauty services. Another bonus is that they use surgical standard sterilising equipment and Trish & Shannon are qualified foot care practitioners. I came here once on a whim for nails 6 years ago and I'm back every few weeks since!

I'm very happy I found this place! I had my brows threaded the first time by Trish and loved them! Today I went in for a mini dermaplaning and skin feels amazing, like a baby's bum. Lovely experience both times and can't wait to go back.

All the girls are excellent, gave May free choice over how to do my nail art and I absolutely love them the detail in the flowers is beautiful! I now travel from Cornwall just to go here because the ladies are so great!

My experience of a hypnotherapy session with Natalie recently has been nothing short of life-changing. The session itself was relaxed, and relaxing, also clear, interesting and enjoyable. But it’s the outcomes, both immediately after the session and still now, that have made the biggest difference to me. I feel changed, I feel confident, I feel in control, I feel a weight has been lifted, and I feel so very positive. I only wish I had not waited as long as I did to do this! I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough. She has helped me, in one session, with something I have needed help with for years. It’s astonishing the difference she has made in such a short time. Eleven out of ten, and twenty gold stars.

My hypnotherapy experience with Natalie has genuinely changed my life and my perspective on this kind of therapy. She has enabled me to deal with the source of my problem rather than manage my symptoms. She has supported me amazingly through the turbulent process of dealing with my emotions and frequently sends texts to follow up and monitor my progress. I couldn't have asked for more best money I've spent in a long time. Couldn't recommend her more for sleep issues and dealing with mental health issues that you just can't put your finger on.

Such an amazing experience, went for my first ever massage and did not disappoint at all. Left after my hour and a half session feeling so relaxed and chilled. Definitely will be back again soon!
