I needed our sink waste repairs as it was leaking every time the tap went on. Nice and quick on email enquiry and then they sent a member of their team out who helped me purchase the part I needed. I rebooked him back in based on the part arriving and all was done!

Very pleased with the service. We had an outdoor tap installed. Communication was excellent and the job was completed well and at a reasonable price. Would recommend their services to others and will be calling on them again when needed.

I would highly recommend to use Alban plumbing and heating Ltd. I was impressed that Asif could fix the problem very quickly. Very efficient!

Was having quite a few issues with an old back boiler so enquired to numerous companies about a boiler repair - Baker Smith were the first to return my query within minutes and were able to come out to see what the problem was the next day. Decided to go for a replacement boiler and removal of old back boiler, which was organised very quickly and work started within a few days. Work was carried out very efficiently - the team were always friendly, tidy, on time and respectful of my property throughout. Would happily recommend Baker Smith to others.

extremely satisfied with the work undertaken by Baker Smith plumbing services (St Albanks) and their plumbers, who dealt with replacing water pumps, leaks and blocked kitchen sink and garbage disposal unit. Reasonable pricing taking account of their excellent service.

Excellent plumbers, they have done 2 unrelated jobs for me, and on both occasions were responsive and well priced. They were polite and tidy, explained what they were doing, listened to my endless questions and completed the work quickly. I would happily use them again for anything from a dripping tap to a full bathroom/kitchen refit..

A fabulous job was done fixing a leak which had damaged a ceiling whilst we were on holiday. Abbey found the leak really quickly, isolated it and then fixed it. Really nice plumbers and very happy with everything. I will definitely use them again.
