The communication from Anwar was excellent, he was a pleasure to deal with and kept me fully in the loop at all times, talking me through the key bits of the report over the phone. The report was well priced and I fully trusted them to recommend the right level of survey for me. The report was very clear and comprehensive and returned to me quickly. Can’t fault the service.

Echoing most of the reviews below, Anwar provided a really service for our L2 survey + valuation. All communication was excellent. Anwar took plenty of time at the property to look at specific concerns I had and produced a detailed and pragmatic report including these amongst lots of other things I hadn’t considered. In the context of L2 surveys sometimes being too vague or covering their back (understandably), Anwars went into as much detail as possible and showed a real understanding of the process of buying a house. Would defo recommend for anybody buying a house wanting a survey completed

The site visit may only have been a couple of hours but the work put in before and after was significant so i feel that was great value for money.
