We hired David for the review of our first house in St Albans. We are not British and we don't have a full "housing" vocabulary. David's report was very clear and complete, avoiding unnecessary technical words. Furthermore, he answered some extra questions, providing advise to completely naive buyers. Very happy with his services.

David was really thorough, responsive and professional. In fact, he picked up an issue which even our sellers surveyor had not picked up a few years ago when they purchased the property. His report was very detailed and easy to peruse. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

David Turner did an excellent job of surveying a flat for me. Really thorough, considered and professional. Will certainly use his services in future.

Really recommend this company. The communication from Anwar was excellent, he was a pleasure to deal with and kept me fully in the loop at all times, talking me through the key bits of the report over the phone. The report was well priced and I fully trusted them to recommend the right level of survey for me. The report was very clear and comprehensive and returned to me quickly. Can’t fault the service.

Anwar provided an excellent service at very reasonable price. He phoned before and after the survey to learn about my requirements and provide a very useful summary of his survey results. The report was clearly written, well presented and very useful. Would be very happy to recommend.

Echoing most of the reviews below, Anwar provided a really service for our L2 survey + valuation. All communication was excellent. Anwar took plenty of time at the property to look at specific concerns I had and produced a detailed and pragmatic report including these amongst lots of other things I hadn’t considered. In the context of L2 surveys sometimes being too vague or covering their back (understandably), Anwars went into as much detail as possible and showed a real understanding of the process of buying a house. I had an urgent need for a true valuation of my house rather than a speculative one from an estate agent trying to convince me to use their services. Harriet Fleming was recommended to me and after a quick exchange of mails viewed my property and provided the most detailed report i have ever seen. The site visit may only have been a couple of hours but the work put in before and after was significant so i feel that was great value for money. What a charming and professional lady and i would happily recommend this company to anyone needing an accurate and relevant property valuation.

Excellent service in leasehold valuations. Very knowledgeable about the current and pending legislation. Very efficient at undertaking valuations, advising on procedure and conducting negotiations. Would use again readily.
