What a lovely breakfast. The wife treated me to a champagne breakfast as part of my birthday celebrations. The food was superb, great portions too. The waiting staff were superb and I think it must have been the manager/supervisor who was wonderful and in chatting she found out it was my birthday and decided to do something special for me which you can see in the pictures provided. Fantastic morning, we'll be back for sure.

My first time visiting The Dragon was for champagne breakfast for my birthday. The food and service was amazing. And what good value for. So much food for the price. I'd certainly do this again for a special occasion or a brunch with friends. Everything was delicious and the little birthday surprise was a lovely touch.

First-time visitors, and we will be back! We visited for breakfast on a Sunday, and the atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant and bar areas are lovely. Staff were efficient, and there was no delay in food service to say that we didn't book a table. The only thing that caught us off-guard was the discretionary service charge on the receipt that we weren't aware of, but everything was brilliant, so we will return regardless.

This is a great pub. It has a fantastic atmosphere with a series of small rooms, good beer (although personally I am not a great fan of dancing duck beers), and interesting food. The food always seems to take quite some time to arrive, hence the 3 for service, but the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. However the food is well worth waiting for. I had the Korean chicken, which was very tasty without being too hot. Other dishes included the fish platter with the homemade smoked fish sausage! A departure from the usual pub grub and worth seeking out. It gets very busy so worth booking ahead of you want to eat. Some areas have steps and the rather cramped layout means it is not great for wheelchairs.

It takes a lot for me to be impressed by food but this was something special. What I thought was going to be a quick pub ready meal turned into some very nice dishes.

Came here for the first time yesterday. From the outside is an unassuming pub but inside is a really lovely place with a great atmosphere and authentic feel, great job at retaining the old world feel but serving up some spectacular modern meals. The meals and puddings we had were all perfect. A real gem of a place which I'll definitely return to and recommend to family and friends.
