THE NAGS HEAD REVIEWS
This was our first visit. Gorgeous building. Food was delicious- we had 2 starters, 4 roast dinners and 2 desserts. All were really good. Couldn’t fault it. The staff were really friendly. Very impressed- will definitely visit again. Parking: Ample parking right next to Nags Head.
I love eating here. I have been for drinks 3 or 4 times and eaten twice, I am always impressed by the quality of service and friendliness of the bar staff. Most recently I was moved to write this review purely because Lauren who served me on the bar was so warm and friendly. The food which was cooked by Moz was so fresh and delicious and it was served to me so promptly and with a smile... I felt I had to speak up about this venue. It's top of my list for casual evening dining out. Hearty fresh home cooked food, speedily delivered, with personable service. What more could you ask for? Vegetarian options: They have two beautiful vegan friendly mains: the Parmigiano and the Penang curry. I didn't realize on ordering that the Parmigiano was vegan but I wad given the offer, and happily accepted.
Called in last month it seemed very pleasant got served by freindly bar staff and sat out in the beer garden I have not yet tried the food yet but something to look forward to plus what a stunning decor inside I popped back definitely a 5 star plus.

YORKSHIRE ROSE REVIEWS
We were booked in for 4pm originally but due to circumstances some of our party was late by an hour. The staff were very accommodating and let us stay beyond our allocated time. The food was lovely and hot upon service. Would definitely go again.
Server took us straight to the table asking if it was ok. Explained the ordering system and what food was limited/sold out. All staff very pleasant throughout. Food came piping hot in a fairly short period of time despite being told on arrival that the kitchen was a bit slower than normal! Can’t fault the visit, food or staff.
Visited last week for food with friends. Staff were great, Dan was really friendly and hilarious. Food came out quickly and was really nice. One of us had the pizza and another had the ultimate spicy beef burger, both piping hot and tasty. We will definitely be back.

THE HEAD OF STEAM REVIEWS
Extremely lovely barmaid on a Tuesday evening. V friendly and down to earth pub with a slightly quirky traditional train station feel. Excellent ales, and a good pie and peas deal (veggie available).
Wonderful pub with an amazing cask and keg selection. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The music while I was there was the right volume, not offensive and fun enough to keep you entertained. They are dog friendly and have treats available.
Excellent pub on the platform of Huddersfield railway station. A vast range of cask ales. Dog friendly too. Really good Pie options :-).
