Had a lovely experience for buying my daughter’s first school shoes. I was sceptical at first about getting clarks shoes or whether to just buy shoes from somewhere cheaper. However, Zuzie took a lot of care measuring and made me feel like it was definitely the right decision to spend a bit more and get them properly fitted. She even provided options similar she thought we would like when our original picked pair wasn’t available. She was lovely, friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend.

My partner and I came in with our one year old for his first shoes. We were serviced by Robert, who was wonderful. Our little boy was challenging, but Robert was so polite and tended to him with ease. He was so informative and allowed us to try different styles and sizes to make sure we were buying the best shoe. It was such a lovely experience and we will be back if we are ever in the area.

Comfortable shoes I can trust to support my feet all day and designs which complement my fashion style. I enjoyed visiting this branch because the Clark’s assistant, Rae, was so helpful which made my in-store shopping experience so easy. I had an idea of what I wanted from looking online but I always prefer shopping in-store because I like to see products and try them on before purchasing.

Just love the quality of shoes here. Was lucky enough to purchase two pairs from the sale ready for this summer. The Sunday girl was really polite and friendly. And even spoke to my 5 year old which made his day.

Knew what I was looking for so was in and out in under 10 minutes, quick and efficient just how I like shopping. Was here to purchase land rover steel toecap shoes, have purchased these before. Last pair survived 3 years of heavy use.

Evie is an absolute star. Assisted my wife and I on Mothers Day, answered all of our questions, was extremely patient with us as we made a decision and the experience was 0 pressure. We walked out with 2 pairs :) Evie is a perfect example of amazing in-person customer service!

Absolutely great service in here from Jade, who guided me in the right direction . Purchased some Arch fit trainers that are machine washable and very comfortable. Loads of stock and very busy in here.
