I was served by Daisy who was the manager. She was really lovely. I got Disney rings which I had been eyeing for a long time. Daisy helped me find a classic ring which is my style to go with the Disney rings. I was also looking for another piece of jewellery but not sure exactly what I wanted to get as I just wanted to get something nice from my grandmother. She asked me a lot of questions to find the style I liked. When it came to paying she also helped me get good offers. I was really happy with purchases and really looking forward to wearing my new jewellery.

We came in today to buy my daughter a birthday present. We received such a warm welcome and such wonderful service from lovely Molly. Working in retail for many years myself, I can honestly say first impressions are everything. I was so impressed with the service I received today that I had to write this review. Thank you Molly and Pandora. We are so happy with our purchases.

Had a lovely young lady called Molly, assist with my query and she gave the most useful advice. Very happy with her service. Will definitely go back.

A fantastic experience made better by the way he helped us with our purchase. An absolute asset to Fraser Hart and cannot recommend him highly enough.

I went into Chelmsford branch of Fraser Hart and was greeted by Sandra who was really helpful. I was looking for a new watch & she helped me along with Amy. They were very patient friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Sean has been fantastic. Really attentive to detail and brilliant customer service. Went back to get our wedding rings a year later and he remembered me and our details. Highly recommend
