3 Best Tattoo Shops in Chelmsford, UK

Although I have two small tattoos already which were done many years ago, I plucked up the courage to get another tattoo and my first at Harry Flashmans. I was very nervous but really shouldn't have been, the whole experience was made easier by the friendly staff and especially Raul who did my tattoo. I cannot say how over the moon I am with the design and final outcome. Raul took a design I found and came up with suggestions to make it work for where I wanted it placed (hand and wrist). I cannot say enough thanks for all his hard work but thanks again Raul, I shall be using Harry Flashmans again and can highly recommend them.

A really cool studio and talented lovely artists. I booked in with Raoul my experience was friendly and professional from start to finish. I felt so relaxed, it went like a dream, you are offered refreshments, he did fantastic work on me and I would recommend this place 100 percent. It was a painless experience in a great venue, easy to find parking you can’t go wrong !

Warning highly addictive place to go to! Really cool venue, easy to find, great team and very talented artists. Raoul ( hope I spelt this right) was so fabulous, professional, friendly and worked on me for a good hour. Really happy with the result, I would highly recommend this place. Great experience.

Sammi is an incredible artist, I love her watercolour style with cute/creepy characters. She was so great and really easy to talk, when we discussed designs she was very open and took all my ideas on board and made me feel super comfortable during the whole process. Highly recommend.

I have 6 tattoos from Sammi and each one is amazing in the design and finish! I can't recommend Sammi enough if you're looking for a tattoo. She is very approachable and helpful when discussing a design and making sure you get exactly what you want and any support you need after the tattoo too!

Highly recommend Sammi, she's done all my tattoos. My latest being a water colour with dot work. They have all healed beautifully aswell. She's an amazing artist an is lovely as well!.

Highly recommend Lemon Dragon Tattoo, Alex and the team made me feel very comfortable and the overall experience was a lot more smoother than I thought it would be (considering it was my first tattoo). Alex is a brilliant artist and tailored perfectly to my request with even more detail than I had pictured going in. Looking forward to going back to finish off the half sleeve, and will definitely be going to Lemon Dragon for future tattoos!

I just got my first tattoo at Lemon Dragon Tattoo as a walk-in, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The whole team was so welcoming and professional, creating a really comfortable and friendly atmosphere. A special shout-out to the artist, Josie, who did an absolutely brilliant job of my tattoo. I'm completely in love with the result and will definitely be returning to build on it in the future.
