Great advice and help from John in store today. Took in my Pinnacle bike that I bought from another Evans branch over ten years ago - I'd recently snapped the original chain and wanted advice on new chain and any other parts that might need. He spent ages helping me with parts and technical advice. Would thoroughly recommend.

I needed help with my indoor bike and ended up visiting my brand new local Evans Cycles. The variety of bikes , expertise of the staff there is exceptional. John, who assisted me was so efficient, on point and very kind. Being a novice, made me feel an appreciated customer. Keep up the good job. And thank you.

I came into the store with some questions about my bike and the noises it was making. I met with John, he was very polite, great communicator and very helpful. He gave me great advice and answered all my questions. He even fitted on my cup holder! Would highly recommend.

I bought a bike from Cycle King online and was pretty convinced it was too small when I collected it. I took it home and it just didn’t feel right, so called the next day and the staff were really helpful. Wish I’d taken a name, but I was helped by a guy with tattoos and he was brilliant. Helped me swap it over for a bigger bike. He was professional, but came across friendly and didn’t make me feel like a donut at any point. Will definitely go back for anything else bike related that I need.

How lovely to find a shop where the staff are so brilliant, thorough, knowledgable, helpful and kind. I bought a beautiful bike from here which I’m super happy with. Steve, the manager, clearly cares about his job, customers and (of course) bikes and is always happy to help, going the extra mile. Happy to have this as my local bike shop!

Bought an e Bike from here. The Manager,Steve guided me through all the options and he made sure the bike fitted my needs, after some test rides. Ordered bike and it was ready for me very quickly. Great service from the team.

Absolutely first class service from Phillip and the guys at Cycle UK Chelmsford. Took my bike in for a repair and was kept fully informed of progress. Genuinely helpful and professional bike shop.

Excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place.They serviced my bike and fixed an issue on the gear that has been very tricky for others to do over the past year. Great prices, staff very polite and professional.
