Soon as we got in the shop we were left to walk around without anyone jumping on us which was nice. We found one we liked then a guy called Stuart King cane over to deal with us. He made us feel very welcome and gave us all the info we needed. He then gave us tine to think and left us his card. We did go look at a few other in other shops but we wanted the first one so went back to see Stuart. He put no pressure on us at all and gave us the time we needed. Went through the paperwork no problem at all. First class customer service and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Stuart.

We went in to buy a new sofa today and meet a lovely colleague Called called Lynne Howett. She was very supportive and kind and very understanding to our needs, she went above and beyond. Explained everything in detail for us to understand. She is a credit to your team, if there was more of Lynne then every shop would be even better. We would like to thank her once again. We look forward to receiving our new sofas soon.

Excellent experience yesterday. The staff were friendly, helpful and most importantly, not at all forceful or pushy. We had a good look round and will most likely be back to purchase some beautiful sofas & a stunning dining table & chairs.

I visited the Chelmsford branch so I could see the quality of the furniture before ordering and I placed the order that day. Lisa the assistant was very helpful and attentive and it was a pleasure shopping there, so much nicer than shopping online. Unfortunately there was a small admin error on the order, which came to light a few days later, but it was sorted out promptly and accurately without any fuss. I think it is a good indicator of professionalism when problems are corrected. I would recommend this shop both for the quality of the products and the way they handle a problem.

Great customer service from Leonora at the Chelmsford Cotswold Company outlet who could not have been more helpful. Clear guidance on details of the furniture including measurements and delivery. A delivery date for 9 days time received the following day. My bank blocked my debit card in case of fraud when making payment and Leonora was very patient whilst I was arranging for the card to be unblocked. Thank you and I will visit the store again soon.

Great experience walking into the store, polite and knowledgeable staff yet were not pushy and allowed me time to browse without the hard sell. The quality of the furniture is great, would certainly go back again.

Very good service from measuring ,designing and fitting! My wife and I are really happy with the wardrobe Priest team made for us. Beautiful work they did and far more better than we could find from any diy store because it is bespoke for the space. The panel blended into the wall with the same color, all Solid build and good quality, will use them for the next room! Highly recommended.

Priest were amazing, from initial quote to final build. Expert craftsmen built a drawer system understairs & what was just thrown in is now a tidy, spacious storage system. Would happily recommend Priest wholeheartedly.
