Came out for our first meal as a married couple. Food and service was first class.Starters: Chinese Pork and Camembert, Mains: Wellington and Rib-eye highly recommended. Service provided by Luke, Ivona, Sam and Mark was great given it appears there wasn't enough cover for the volume of people, however their kindness meant our evening was still a pleasant one. Hats off to the other staff members running around on the lower floor and Chefs working their magic in the kitchen. 5* review only possible because of the team on deck. You don't mind the wait when you see everyone working as hard as they were. Great job team. From Mark and the pregnant wife who couldn't choose choose her seat because of the air con.

PERFECT! Cannot fault this place. I have been here 3 times, and each time, it just gets better! The food, drinks, staff, the atmosphere and the price! Spot on. I've had Beef Wellington, a steak meal, and a burger meal.. obviously not in the same day!. All very VERY tasty! Cannot wait to go back for our birthdays in May! Well done Middletons. Please don't ever change.

Perfect set menu for a quick bite to eat during a day's shopping! Always know what you're getting, food is quickly served and tasty and the front of house run everything so smoothly. Try a cocktail while you're there too.

PRIME STEAK REVIEWS

Wanted to take my girlfriend out who loves fancy steak restaurants but being Vegan it's tricky as most places don't accommodate. Called Prime and they managed to make me my own starter and main so I could enjoy the experience with my partner. The main was a little underwhelming but I booked last minute so I completely understand that. They said with enough notice the chefs would prepare a much more exclusive meal for me in the future. Staff are all great and really friendly yet professional. Will definitely go back again (coming from a vegan reviewing a steak restaurant).

Great little restaurant based just outside the St Giles car park for great convenience. The food was of exceptional taste and quality. Staff were very friendly with bubbly attitudes. Highly recommended.

We’ve become monthly regulars again an an amazing meal pushed the boat out with surf and turf for two and the team remember us. Is which is always lovely to be greeted by friendly faces, absolutely worth the money as the quality of the food is top tier in a really chilled atmosphere, thanks guys.

Hubby treated me for my birthday meal ,i absolutely loved it ,the food was delicious the atmosphere great too ,some Portuguese music in the background which gave me a bit of nostalgia. The service was absolutely amazing !! Was absolutely worth it.

The food is amazing and it comes out so fast! The quality is delicious and the bottomless chips and salad bar are great too. Bruna was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! Will definitely be coming back.

Had a fab night! Katie our waitress was amazing, defo a credit to estabulo!! She was spot on! Will definitely be back! She was amazing with the kids aswell as us! Table of 10 and they did well.
