RIGHT SURVEYORS SOUTH WEST LTD REVIEWS

Lee Gallon of Right Surveyors completed a level 3 survey for us on a small cottage in Crediton. The survey was detailed, yet clear and easy to follow, supported by a multitude of photos to show exactly where any issues were situated and what to look for after we complete the purchase. We have been provided with a prioritised list of recommended works to be done. Perhaps the most important issue Lee discovered in his investigation related to the neighbouring property being grade 2 listed, which affects a part of our property, and may not have otherwise been discovered, thereby potentially exposing us to problems later.

Really impressed with the depth and quality of the work and associated follow-up on specific issues. Having had other recent surveys on other properties (not in Devon), I thought this was both comprehensive and fantastic value that was totally tailored to my exact needs. Absolutely recommend.

The survey was more helpful than I expected it to be. The photo CD was really helpful to point out to the builder what needed to be done so he could work out how much it was going to cost to repair the damage to the house. The report is going to be a very useful guide when it comes to repairing everything after I move in.
