I came from London to undertake my rigging course with Hi-line. I found the instructors to be enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. They were patient and didn't mind repeating themselves to reinforce the point. At no point did I feel overwhelmed by the information presented. I thoroughly enjoyed the couple days there. What stands out for me is the attention to detail in terms of safety and that the staff clearly enjoy their jobs. I passed my assessment and felt thoroughly prepared and upskilled by the couple days before. I would highly recommend training with Matt and Ollie.

Engaged Hi-Line to undertake work to tree which was identified as decaying; they organising request for work under TPO, scheduled removal and completed job efficiently, cleanly and professionally. Recommended.

Hi Line have helped the Primary School that I work at by providing us with tree chippings. We've used these to improve our Outdoor Learning area and they have made a massive difference. Now we are not wallowing in mud every day. The contact and understanding from the company has been brilliant - thank you so much.

James came and tamed a large oak tree for us and removed several tree stumps. He and his team did a great job for a very fair price indeed. The team were professional and hard working and left the place tidy. James is a really nice guy to deal with and I'm sure we will use his services again. No hesitation recommending him.

James did a fantastic job for us today. Communication was very good. Large rotting tree all taken care of and removed. Highly recommend.

James and his crew were absolutely amazing. Came out Thursday, gave us a free quote and a date, the trees/hedge was trimmed by the time I got home on Wednesday afternoon. Everything cleaned up and no sign of anyone ever being there. Sticking to the very reasonably quoted price and date. Efficiency at its finest if I must say so. I would highly recommend James to anyone that needs his services!

We were really impressed with the work done by Will and his gang. It was a tricky job but it was carried out carefully and considerately. The site was left extremely tidy and they were all very professional. They managed to maintain their good humour despite the bad weather. We would certainly recommend them to all our friends and acquaintances.

Highly recommend Will and his team. We had a fallen tree in a dangerous position over a busy road and dealt with it very efficiently, didn’t try and suggest unnecessary work, just focused on what needed doing. Thank you
