I have always found Happicabs to be professional and the drivers have been excellent. Earlier today I took a Happicab and had a really good journey, Taylor the driver was courteous and interesting to talk to. The customer service did not end with that journey. I accidentally left my phone in the cab, Taylor could not have been more helpful in reuniting me with the phone - he even activated ICE on the locked handset so that he could let my wife know he had the phone. Thank you Taylor! Thank you Happicabs for providing such service. You have a very happy customer.

I was discharged from hospital during the night, and called Happicabs. I was really impressed, I had a message informing me of the registration of the Cab, the driver's name. The cab came promptly. Considering it was 02.30. He was really kind and waited outside my home until I had opened the front door. I would definitely use them again.

First week of using them they have been on time every time. Polite drivers who mostly seem to know locations when I don’t. Friendly staff on phones -they suit us very nicely -

I found this taxi service through google, their website is very easy to use, and they are very efficient in messaging you and getting you booked in. They use WhatsApp which I find it very useful, as it’s easy to message them 24/7 if you have any questions or changes to your trip. We originally booked one way to the airport, we got picked up on time and the driver was very friendly and we felt very comfortable. We then booked the return journey whilst we were on holiday, and it was again very simple and easy to do. They can track your flight so you don’t need to stress about any delays. They were helpful when navigating us too where they were parked at the airport. Very smooth journey home and helpful with our luggage, definitely recommend this company if you are looking to get an airport taxi. For reference, this is the second holiday I’ve been on without my family at 20 years old, and the first time I’ve used a taxi, i felt very comfortable.

Highly recommended. Prices are competitive and the service is excellent. Using whatsapp means that you can contact each other easily. I will definitely be using Chelmsford Cabs & Airport Taxi for future airport runs.
