After having my hair destroyed by another hairdresser, the girls in here were beyond helpful and fixed it as much as they could, didn’t mind my baby and toddler being in there at all, such a calm environment and didn’t feel like I was a burden. The best place.

Ipswich branch – Very professional and knowledgeable …and they are lovely, which is always a bonus! I’ve been to lots of other salons in town but this place wins hands down. The lovely friendly vibe from the minute you walk in the door. Love this place.

Had my hair cut in the Colchester salon! She was absolutely amazing! And done a gorgeous job on my hair! Will definitely be coming back as I’d like her to be my full time hair dresser now! Never been happier! Thank you so much for the amazing job you done on my hair.

The salon was very clean tidy and modern. The receptionist was lovely and my hairdresser Emma came out straight away and she was really a delight and she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed despite my anxiety! Her skill really impressed me. She talked me through what she was doing and the products she was using and I was really happy with the results.

Excellent service. Staff on the desk were very helpful and advised on the best stylist for my hair type. Grace was lovely. We discussed what I wanted and she advised what was best for me. She explained exactly what she was doing and why. She taught me how to style it as well. Very pleased with my haircut.

An absolutely wonderful experience! Grace was so lovely, listening to exactly what I wanted and even offering to help me style my wavy hair, which I learnt to do properly for the first time. Grace was extremely patient with my questions and very welcoming. She went above and beyond, will definitely be returning in the future. Fantastic service!

I had an appointment with Dee 2 weeks ago. I haven't had my hair cut in over 2 years after a bad experience elsewhere but wow... Dee listened, gave advice and took on board what I wanted. I came out of there feeling amazing and loved my hair. Dee was very precise with her cutting and I love my new hair and can't wait to come back for a trim again! Thankyou Dee for restoring my faith in hair dressers.

First time visiting House of Hair. Staff very welcoming. Had hair cut by Lou, very professional and informative. Loving my hair cut, very happy, thank you Lou! After working my way through most of the salons in Chelmsford I've finally found my go -to salon. Will definitely be returning.

It was an incredible environment and lovely staff! The whole time they made me feel very comfortable in the process, this was very welcoming as it was my first visit (and not my last). I was offered a drink and described my haircut on arrival which made me feel even better as I was switching up my hairstyle. I am definitely going back.
