Would recommend this to everyone. I recently completed the beginner program, having already practiced yoga on and off for a few years I was not sure how much I would learn from the program, but was recommended to start there. It was definately the right thing to do! The transformation in my practice is amazing and I have managed to hold and actually enjoyed flows and postures I have been struggling for ages. Steve is fantastic, his passion for yoga becomes your passion before you know it.

This workshop was an inspiring and beautiful way to move into spring. I've been working through some difficult emotions recently, and the guided meditations and movements helped me bring them to the surface and deal with them in a loving environment. The journaling and knowledge made this workshop different from any other, and I left feeling lighter, happier, and definitely detoxed! Wai has been my go-to teacher for 2-3 years now, and I would always recommend any of her endeavours :) Om shanti x
