Favourite gym of all time. Obviously as its new gym so the busy hours are super busy but the fact it has so much equipment and the gym is so massive, there is still room for everyone. It’s got literally everything (except an abdominal crunch machine but that’s me being really picky.) Such a welcoming gym, PTs on duty for a lot of the hours of the day and they’re all extremely supportive. The public that attend the gym are very accommodating as-well. I can understand gyms can be quite intimidating to most but everyone seems really kind and generous with their suggestions or help. The sauna is such a deluxe bonus which I’ve been using a lot. Changing rooms are super clean and the equipment is all brand new and hi-tech. Love it! Would recommend to anyone. (Bring a padlock for the lockers)!.

What a gym never been to a gym before and was really Nervous about going so welcoming sat down with a pt and Explain we're I wanted to get to after a chat he said he would draw up a plan for me but after talking to the with we could not afford it right now as we are going on a trip to new York I told him this but he still send me a plan over that he had put Together and said to see him when I want a full plan put in place and it has got me of to a start and loving gym life big thank you to jude Venn really appreciated if you want to get to were you want to be join jd and go see jude.

Super friendly, clean and great availability of equipment. Classes are friendly and not daunting. Struggling with going to the gym alone the staff have made me feel welcome and at ease.

I just love this gym! I’ve subscribed to gyms in the past that didn’t seem to click for me. But this one, within a few weeks, was my gym ‘home’! Great facilities and range of equipment, and even on busy days where there are 90 plus people using the gym, there is still loads of space. The staff are amazing and run really good classes. And if that wasn’t enough the price is the cheapest I’ve found - currently just £22 for 24/7 access. Brilliant!.

Great place to workout...can either choose to workout alone, join a class or use a personal trainer. Adrianna is great as a PT, pushes you but understands your limits and Micheal does a great class on Sunday morning for ladies who want to learn how to use the weight machines.

Loving this gym, it's really helped me to improve on my fitness, I find all the staff lovely, especially Mags and Adriana classes. Great fun .

Very good local gym. Aubrey is a fantastic instructor full of positive energy! Everyone is very nice and helpful. The gym has a great layout and is never overcrowded which is always a bonus.

Helpful, enthusiastic staff, the gym is well stocked with just about any equipment you could want. Love that it's open 24 hours and the bathrooms / showers are surprisingly swanky!.

Great gym with really friendly staff. Not over crowded. Plenty of modern equipment and nice changing facilities.
