BEST AUDIOLOGIST !! I am severely deaf, particularly in the lower frequencies. I have worn hearing aids for 25 years and have difficulty understanding speech. Andrew was patient and understood my needs. He shared and explained his programming screens, allowing us to work together to find the best fit. I asked Paul for an urgent appointment to check my hearing and he was absolutely brilliant. He immediately made time for me, and was both considerate and extremely helpful. He accommodated my unorthodox request and made sure everything was done accurately I was really impressed by his professionalism and expertise, and I'm really pleased I came here when I needed help. The next time I need an audiologist, I'm going to come here.

I was able to book a same day appointment with Paul for a hearing test and moulding for custom earplugs. Paul was very welcoming and professional. He made sure to inform me of what he was doing throughout the moulding process and explained my results to me following the hearing test.

At last, an independent hearing clinic that puts the client at its heart. Paul Shaw is a professional, highly experienced and empathic clinician. I was impressed with his thorough expertise and understanding of a large range of hearing issues. And, no hard sell of aids and appointments.
