Leeds Pharmacy is absolutely amazing! The service I received was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and explained everything so clearly. I left feeling really looked after and confident about my medication. I honestly can’t recommend Leeds Pharmacy enough—they’re fantastic!

We always get excellent service here. Today I needed to see the pharmacist - we had a good chat about the problem (insect bites!), possible treatment and the signs to look our for in case it gets worse. I appreciated his patience in explaining the options and deciding the best treatment. Highly recommended.

Great pharmacy. The staff are helpful and friendly.Prescriptions are filled very quickly and always ready on time, they also offer free blood pressure checks.Definitely recommend.

I went in to get some skincare advice as I got some great advice last time I went. I was seen by a lovely employee called Georgina. She went above and beyond for me and went so in depth. She scanned my skin and gave me the run down of what each result meant. I was very confused by everything at the start but left feeling confident and knowledgeable from all of her help. She is very pleasant and a lovely girl and an asset to the store.

Holly and Alison were absolutely amazing, really helped me out getting the right retinol/anti aged products. They were very attentive and conversational, as someone who works in retail too, I can tell they are both top notch in customer service work! So thank you for the lovely experience.

Boots is a wonderful superstore for quality cosmetic products, with their helpful staff that has good product knowledge always onsight to assist customers with the right information of any product. Shopping at Boots was a good experience.
