So good! I booked in for a 45 minute deep tissue massage to target my neck and back, and was quite nervous as it was my first ever massage. Jennifer was so kind and informative about how the process works and answered any questions I had, she made me feel really at ease physically and emotionally! Would definitely recommend.

Really good session. Wynston was great, really nice guy and, more importantly, has helped alleviate the pain in my upper back. Also very knowledgable and helped me understand why the pain was in certain areas and how to make small changes to my daily routine to have a long lasting impact. Would recommend visiting.

I was feeling a bit if ache around the top half of my back after a house move and booked a last minute treatment with Wynston for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. Wynston was professional, friendly and welcoming. Really feel so much more relaxed after the massage and the experience. Thank you.

I've been visiting Lily on and off since 2007. She's very experienced and always gets to the heart of the symptoms I experience. I always come away feeling better, my muscles and joints have increased in flexibility and I've experienced much less pain. I would 100% recommend. I currently see Lily a couple of times a month for hip pain and inflexibility in my back. Over the course of about 7 or 8 sessions I've gone from having chronic hip pain to being able to start exercising again (and enjoying it). She's my go-to person!

I can highly recommend visiting Direct D-Stress, whether for recent injuries, as precipitated my first appointment, or relief of longer term issues. Lily has been treating me for a variety of aches and pains related to imbalances from scoliosis that have been troubling me for years. I always look forward to my appointments and leave feeling both relaxed and invigorated, and am noticing real improvements over time as we work through my different issues.

I had resigned myself to living with my painful shoulder and then I pulled my back. I went to Lily to get my back sorted and she also worked on my shoulder. Miracle worker! It wasn't immediate but after several sessions and doing the exercises she gave me my shoulder is loose and pain free and my back is fine! Thank you Lily xx.

Came in today at 4pm for couple massage. Me and my bf definitely enjoyed ourselves the hot stone is amazing I do feel bad coz the hot stone can be too hot for the masseuse!!! I genuinely forgotten the two ladies name but they are nice and friendly will definitely come back.

I had such a wonderful massage with Sky! She was so lovely and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. The salon is really beautiful and incredibly clean, it’s such a lovely atmosphere. I could recommend more highly - thank you!
