I work in the centre and I have been going to Greggs Kingswalk for quite a few years. I have seen so many managers come and go since then, but the new manager seems to be doing a great job. The shop is getting better and better, with fresh and tasty products every day. Every time there is a queue, they always ask people from the back of the shop to serve, which shows how efficient and customer-oriented they are. I hope they keep up the good work and continue to provide excellent service and quality food. Greggs Kingswalk is my favourite place to grab a bite or a coffee when I need a break from work.

If you are new in the UK, greggs is where to get affordable baked goods. For as low as £1.99, you can get a nice hot sausage. Around 11am to 2pm is very busy and you might have to stay in line. They also have coffee and chilled drink options. Oh and downloading the app gives you bonus points and discounts.

I really like this Greggs the staff are really nice and friendly the service is really rather quite good and the shop itself is kept clean and tidy. Most food and sweet treats seem to be kept in stock and the staff are really good if something is out of stock.

I'm here for a few days working and thought I'd try this place for lunch.. it exceeded all my expectations!! Absolutely stunning sandwich and a cuppa for just over a tenner, I don't think you could get the same size, quality and freshness anywhere else for that price! Plus a little biscuit included with the cuppa - such a nice touch. I will 100% be visiting again before I go!

I just had a coffee and a steak slice both were good. Although they don't allow dogs inside I was allowed to sit a the tables outside, friendly staff definitely go again.

I consistently have amazing lunches and everyone who serves me is always really kind. Great place! The sausage rolls are good too!!
