WARINGS BAKERY REVIEWS

The cafe is now open on Sundays which is a fantastic addition to the limited hospitality venues in Caversham on Sundays. It was especially nice to see freshly baked croissants on the menu. Reasonable prices and excellent quality coupled with a very welcoming and relaxing environment. Highly recommended.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered, great service, opens early. I wouldn’t particularly say it’s the best croissants I’ve ever had in my life but I really have very high standards, so it might also be me expecting too much from a British bakery comparing it to German, Dutch and French bakeries, which is not fair.

Great, freshly baked goodies and very friendly staff with a 'can do' attitude. They really do go out of their way to accommodate all requests. This place is a bakery gem of Reading!

I enjoyed the Americano here & had a delicious Christmas Roll, which us an expanded version of their famous Cinnamon Role! The place is spacious & staff are friendly! Right towards the end of Broad Street in Reading Center, it has everything you are looking for in a cup of joe! Have fun & enjoy the festive season .

Very warm and friendly staff, and conveniently located in corner of a pedestrian only road. Like many I received an email this morning promising a free drink when I download their new App. I popped in to claim it even though it was not showing in the rewards, the staff was very helpful and made sure I left the cafe happy and with a free drink. She explained that they were still having teething problems with their new App, and hopefully all will be sorted soon.

I prefer this place of all for an early morning coffee and a good croissant or one of their bun-sandwiches. It’s a very peaceful place to be for a 7am coffee-n-breakfast. Plenty of space inside to sit and enjoy, few seats available outside as well.

Great staff always polite and happy to serve you. They serve my favourite Mocha in the whole of Reading. Very good daily meal deals nice to know Gregg's is rewarding its loyal staff this year they work very hard.

Best Gregg's in Reading, has out door seating and small amount in door if you want to eat in. Chicken bake is quite delightful as a quick fix and there hand cooked salt and vinegar crisps are as good as they come.

First timer at any Greggs and got exactly what I expected. Good sandwich and decent coffee. Service was good and experience was fine overall.
