I visited miller and carter oracle on the 20th March for a spot of lunch from the lunch set menu, and from the second i walked in the front door i could tell it was going to be incredible, from the service i recieved from the man at front door, to the atmosphere and interior, i was seated and went on to recieve some of the best restaurant service ever from Marco, you were amazing Marco, so helpful and accomodating, i have nothing bad to say about your service Marco so thankyou very much and keep up the great work. As for the food, yet again, nothing bad to say, portions were great, and the taste was amazing, i ordered the salt and pepper calamari, signature steak sandwich and ice cream and sorbet (coconut sorbet highly reccomended) all from the lunch set menu for about £20 which was an amazing deal especially considering the portion sizes. So overall, my visit was incredible, phenomenal service from Marco, delicious food and all in all wonderful atmosphere I will definitely return Thankyou Marco miller and carter.

Recently visited Miller & Carter on the riverside with a friend. We were served by Marco and Mia - both very welcoming, happy to make suggestions and were extremely accommodating - the food was exquisite, cooked to perfection and very filling! Thanks to all the team here for a great eveneing.

The food was amazing, the chef received many compliments from our table. I would also like to single out our server. Sien was very friendly, he was always with us, we felt his attention and presence. At the same time, he was not intrusive. Excellent service and excellent food made our evening unique.

The steak is the tastiest I've ever tasted. Unbelievable taste, but prepared exactly as I asked. The service was incredible as well. The prices are not cheap, but it's worth it. Thank you for my most delicious steak.

We have been here a number of times and can't believe that I haven't completed a review until now, well here it is. Fabulous! The steaks were cooked just how we like them and the green beans were excellent. The table was ready when we arrived and as we were early we actually had a choice of where to sit. The staff were very attentive and the food was amazing, full of flavours. Will definitely return.

I recently went to Burnasado for a meal with my partner. We had three courses with all of them being absolutely delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the service. The only downside was we originally had been sat outside but across from our table (not in the restaurant) was about 10-15 rats run around the river which wasn’t very nice at all so we did have to move inside but they carted for us and allowed us to move. Would be good if they could try and clean this up a bit as it wouldn’t take much for a rat to walk around to the restaurant as it was connected.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Food was excellent. Have been here several times in the last few months & have never been let down by the quality of food or the welcoming staff. The recent change which allows a table booking between 9and 10pm now is also much appreciated! Recommended.

food was filling, atmosphere was cosy. I had a wonderful, wonderful waitress named Maria who went the absolute extra mile to make sure we were happy and well serviced. honestly the best server i’ve had in a long time made sure all our needs were met quickly and with excellent customer service.

We went out to the Southcoute last Thursday for dinner. We had a lovely experience. Waitress was lovely and our food was delicious. Probably the only remaining Beefeater in the Reading area to still be open as most Beefeaters have closed down or about to. Thank you for making a great experience for us.
