Been dying to go to this place because my former co worker had a conversation about how much I loved martinis. The selection of martinis and the BYO espresso martini was so fun. I convinced my girlfriends to come have some martinis and appetizers with me and none of us were disappointed. On top of that, we had Samantha as our waitress and she was amazing. She was very personable, kind, and overall just seemed like she cared to do her job. From one waitress to another, it wasn’t hard to spot good service. I am very excited to come back here very soon!! No need to drive all the way to the North End when we have this local gem.

Very good restaurant in the heart of Reading. The food was delicious, they even substituted the sauce on my chicken parm for vodka sauce. Was there for my mom’s birthday and it did not disappoint.

Great place for dinner with friends and family. The service was great, food and wine made the night. Try this place if you’re in Reading.

My family and I recently dined at Shellfish Cow in Henley, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, with each dish showcasing fresh ingredients and exquisite flavors that pleased both adults and kids alike. The seafood was particularly memorable, perfectly cooked and seasoned to highlight its natural taste. What truly made our visit special was the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their professionalism and warmth enhanced our overall dining experience, ensuring that both the adults and the children had a fantastic time. If you're looking for a family-friendly restaurant with exceptional food and wonderful service, Shellfish Cow in Henley is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

I had the most wonderful birthday meal with my mother and partner. Our waiter was so friendly and good at explaining the menu. We had a sharing seafood platter which was phenomenal, followed by a steak which had an unbelievably delicious sauce. The decor is unique and stylish, and has a fun yet fancy vibe to it! I also thought the price of the food was very reasonable too. I will be returning soon for more amazing food.

We have enjoyed our summer seafood platter very much. Generous portion and everything tasted very fresh. Amazing service. The menu was short but a good selection. Would have appreciated more dessert options though.

The place looks a little run down from the outside but once inside you are met with friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and a comprehensive menu. We had the fish and chips and the smoked haddock fish cakes and skinny fries both of which were delicious.

Plenty of variety and very good food. Staff friendly and good service. Check opening times before visiting. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. Loved our dogs. Food from a menu that wasn't up it's own bottom. Really enjoyable experience.
