The 12 stylish, individually decorated rooms provide beds with feature headboards, goose-down duvets, and designer toiletries. “2025 Update: The Henry Guest House is a family-owned guest house, and it is located in the heart of Bath of circa. They have standard rooms which are located on the top third floor. The Premier room was located on the first and second floors, and the rooms included comfortable chairs and large rooms for staying and relaxing. There is another bed which is split into doubles. They offer a full English breakfast with a fruit buffet and cereal. They also provide vegetarian, vegan, and food intolerance options. They have cots and high chairs for the babies, and also have limited parking permits. The Henry Guest House is located a 5-minute walk from the train and bus stations.”

We had a wonderful stay at Grays Boutique B&B. The property was lovely and clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. We stayed on the top floor, room 11, and it was very quiet. The only sounds we could hear were other guests unlocking/locking their doors. We wanted a location outside the city center, but close enough that we could just park our car for the duration and walk to our destinations. This B&B fit the bill perfectly. We were able to walk to the city center, and also to Alexandra Park for a beautiful view of the city.

Such a lovely place. We were greeted by James and our room was ready early. The room was beautiful and had tea/coffee etc, hairdryer. Ensuite was good size. Shower was good though water pressure was affected by others showering elsewhere. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Would definitely return here.

Grays B&B was lovely. Easy to find, with parking on property, one car per room. Our room was on the third floor. Narrow stairways work best with smaller luggage. We found our room clean and bright with plenty of light including a pretty view from our windows. The hosts were very nice, leaving details for our later arrival. Breakfast was delicious with choices of fruits, yogurt, cereals and many options of a hot full breakfast. Will be back.

What makes this place so special is Magda at the front desk. Her smile welcomes you and immediately you feel at home. The common area or living room is so lovely with large windows and very warmly decorated. I arrived and the breakfast was closed but Magda brought me coffee with two pastries. Nothing like the warm touch and greeting of a human person. The night before I stayed at another B&B with zero human contact, it was awful. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. And the beds VERY comfortable. In the previous B&B the bed was so hard, I felt I had slept on a piece of wood. The location of Brooks Guest House in Bath is outstanding. Literally a few steps from the Crescent and Botanical Gardens. The Brooks Guesthouse feels like “home”.

Decor is a little old fashioned and tired in places. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Felt more like an air bnb than a family run guest house as no one lives on site. Location is excellent.

Very cute and cozy guest house with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The cookies in the room made by the guest house’s chef were a lovely surprise. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again!

The Henry Guest House was a prefect, central location to explore Bath! It was also charming and the staff was very welcoming! We parked our car for two days and walked the city. Great to be located close to everything! Excellent cooked to order breakfast each day with a dining room that made visiting with other guests very easy.

Wonderful guest house! Perfect location, especially if you are traveling by train. S car park is right by, also. Breakfast is fantastic. We loved our stay here.

Excellent location for train/bus connections and walking to the main sights. Breakfast was amazing and staff were so lovely. Highly recommend.
