MACDONALD BATH SPA HOTEL REVIEWS
Honestly the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I booked a single room for myself. It was such an amazing experience. They have breakfast buffets and the lady in charge is the nicest person ever!! They have their own spa which was okay not the best but the sauna and pool was great. Nothing beats staying in that heated pool. Can’t wait to go back to this place. It is a short walk from all the nice places in bath so the perfect place for your vacation.
First visited beginning of August, then the end for our Birthday treats - going back end October for our anniversary. Absolutely lovely, attentive staff throughout the Hotel. Very much looking forward to returning to enjoy the facilities, food and drinks again!
The hotel is spacious, tidy and quiet. Food was great. Enjoyed afternoon tea included in price. Great location walking distance from town. Loads to see and do. The canal and river walk is great on a sunny day.

THE FRANCIS HOTEL BATH REVIEWS
It was our fist time to Bath and I must say that I have picked the right hotel. The location is at the center of everything, although parking space is limited - but we were directed at a public parking nearby which cost less than the hotel's overnight parking fee. I was able to have my room for an early check-in, when I arrived at the room - everything was clean and good to use. The 100acres amenities are lovely, they compliment our stay when we didn't bring much toiletries. I recommend anyone who is coming to Bath to stay in Francis Hotel, the staff are friendly and diverse.
Wonderful experience for our last night/ day in England. Dominic was instrumental in helping us figure out how we should spend it (where to walk to/ site see/ and possible tours.) It was absolutely lovely. The hotel had the most wonderful afternoon tea (you couldn't possibly finish it all) and comfiest bed ever! We didn't want to get out of it. We will definitely return.
My wife and I visited last weekend for our 10th anniversary. The hotel is great. Really good location in the centre of town. We had exceptional service from the staff, who made a real effort to help make our anniversary a bit more special. Easy parking and plenty of room for my 4x4. The downstairs bar was a lovely place to relax after being out all day. Would recommend.

APEX CITY OF BATH HOTEL REVIEWS
Great location for anything you want to do in Bath. It is only about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the centre. The rooms were clean and modern, beds were comfy, and the amenities were good. Breakfast was good quality with a cooked to order breakfast of your choice and a continental section with a good amount of options. Facilities were good too with a modern bar area and the pool was good, you can book a times lot at the front desk. All in all, a great stay at a great location.
The front-desk staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, spotless, and had modern interior decor. The hotel's location was great, just a few minutes' walk from all the sightseeing spots. I didn't try their swimming pool and other facilities so I can comment on them. But overall, the room rate was worth every penny.
Loved it! The location is great; everything is close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was my favourite. Would definitely recommend and if ever we go back to Bath, we know where to stay.
